Our hanging platform feeder is constructed of high-impact plastic and is so easy to keep clean, no matter what you put on it - peanut butter, jelly, fruit, seeds, suet or mealworms. Platform feeders attract the greatest variety of birds because you can offer the greatest variety of foods. Made from red plastic. Includes metal hanger with the option to pole-mount with any 1 inch diameter pole, pole sold separately. Feeder is 11-1/2 x 8-1/2 and 1-1/2 inches deep. Holds 2-1/4 lbs of seed.

How do I return a product that I don't want?

Any product purchased directly from Duncraft may be returned for a refund of your purchase price or exchange for another product for one full year from the date of purchase. Return instructions are located on the back of the order confirmation that was sent with your order. If you no longer have that paper, please send a brief note providing your name, billing address, order number, reason for the return, and how you want the return to be handled.
