We want you to be completely happy with your Duncraft purchase. All products are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.

Return Window: You may return any item within 365 days of purchase for an exchange or full product refund.

How to Start a Return: Before returning an item, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service team — we can often resolve issues faster with a replacement part or troubleshooting assistance.

Please include your name, billing address, order number, reason for return, and preferred resolution (exchange or refund). You will not be charged for shipping and handling on replacement orders.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow up to two weeks for processing. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days of processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift certificates and gift cards cannot be returned.
