There are four wide openings along the bottom of the hopper for feeding from all four sides of the seed tray. The roof overhangs to protect the suet, and the seed in the center, from rain and snow. Great for year-round feeding! Includes S-hook hanging chain with built-in side drainage. Durable brown and green recycled plastic. 16 x 11 x 11-5/8 inches tall overall.

How do I return a product that I don't want?
Any product purchased directly from Duncraft may be returned for a refund of your purchase price or exchange for another product for one full year from the date of purchase. Return instructions are located on the back of the order confirmation that was sent with your order. If you no longer have that paper, please send a brief note providing your name, billing address, order number, reason for the return, and how you want the return to be handled.
