Simply turn the handle to the right, fill with seed and turn left to lock back in place. One tier holds sunflower seeds and the other holds Nyjer®. Your birds feed can feed all over the tubes. Metal top and bottom with vibrant copper colored finish and metal mesh reservoirs for easily monitoring the seed levels at a glance. 8-1/2 x 12 inches tall.
