Sufficient distance from feeding port to bottom of base dish ensures hummingbirds of all sizes can easily feed and dual-distance built-in perches encourage longer feeding time for hummingbirds of all sizes. Any product purchased directly from Duncraft may be returned for a refund of your purchase price or exchange for another product for one full year from the date of purchase. Return instructions are located on the back of the order confirmation that was sent with your order. If you no longer have that paper, please send a brief note providing your name, billing address, order number, reason for the return, and how you want the return to be handled.
