Each independent hanger extends 15 inches from the pole, position in any direction or at any height for viewing birds at your feeders. Fits deck railings up to 2 inches thick and tightens in place with the hand knob and clamp on the bottom. Steel rod with 1/2 inch diameter and black powder coated finish.
