The Duncraft Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with our products and service. We guarantee products for one year from date of purchase. If you are anything less than completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for an exchange or a product refund.
Our Return Policy

Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Specialists are available Monday–Friday from 9:00 am–5:00 pm EST.
We might be able to offer a solution that is quicker and more convenient for you than returning your item. For example, we are often able to send you replacement parts or help troubleshoot a problem. We’ll do our best to make you happy.

If you still wish to return the item after speaking with a Customer Service Specialist, or if you elect to simply return the item without first contacting us, please ship the package to:

In addition to your returned item, please include the completed Return Instructions found on the back of the order summary that was sent with your shipment. If you no longer have that paper, please send a brief note providing your name, billing address, order number, reason for the return, and how you want the return to be handled. You will not be charged for shipping and handling on your replacement order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift certificates or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed. We will credit your original payment method unless otherwise specified within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@duncraft.com.
