Duncraft Shipping Information

Duncraft ships orders within the contiguous United States using FedEx and USPS.
Below is everything you need to know about shipping rates, delivery
times, and order processing.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and are displayed at checkout before purchase. Rates start at $8.95.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Economy shipping: 5–7 business days
• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days,
Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may ship the
following business day. Delivery times may be affected by holidays or
extreme weather conditions.

Carriers
Duncraft ships exclusively with FedEx and the US Postal Service. Special
carrier requests cannot be accommodated for Economy shipping.

Free Shipping
Free shipping promotions are offered periodically on qualifying orders
shipped within the contiguous 48 states. Current promotions, if active,
are displayed in the announcement bar on our homepage. Only one
promotion code may be used per order. Exclusions may apply.

Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Please call 800-593-5656
for rates. These orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions.

International Shipping
Duncraft does not currently offer international shipping.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, Duncraft will ship it to you at no additional charge as soon as it becomes available.

Gift Orders
Gift messages are printed on the outside of the package next to the
shipping label. Pricing information is never included in gift shipments.
