Maintains open water in temperatures as low as —20 degrees Fahrenheit. The heater is nestled safely between two layers of plastic resin. Comes with One-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Includes 6 inch long cord, add your own outdoor extension cord. Approximately 1 inch deep with four legs for stability. 14 inch diameter basin. Stands 5 inches tall above the ground. Steel support band measures 2-1/4 inches wide.

How do I return a product that I don't want?
Any product purchased directly from Duncraft may be returned for a refund of your purchase price or exchange for another product for one full year from the date of purchase. Return instructions are located on the back of the order confirmation that was sent with your order. If you no longer have that paper, please send a brief note providing your name, billing address, order number, reason for the return, and how you want the return to be handled.
