Filling is easy with an easy access refill port, and seed is protected with a stay dry integrated seed storage. Retractable feeding trays with drain holes. The seed is contained in the sides of the feeder where birds feed from feeding ports. Poly-carbonate construction, attaches to the window with five strong suction cups. Measures 8 x 3 x 12-1/2 inches tall.
